Penny Rubner, the owner of Penny's Gourmet To Go, has been in the food business for over 30 years. She began her professional career running a restaurant at Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art in Great Falls, Montana.

In 1992 she opened her own restaurant and catering business in downtown Great Falls, Penny's Gourmet To Go. After more than 19 years of serving the residents and visitors of this north central Montana city, Penny closed the doors to the restaurant in September, 2011. She is focusing exclusively on catering, working from an offsite licensed commercial kitchen.

While Penny's Gourmet To Go has provided catering for many interesting "well known" celebrities who've traveled through the state, it's her loyal customers, both local and corporate, who keep her business successful.

Sharing her love of cooking, Penny has published three cookbooks featuring creative, easy to prepare recipes. Her latest book, "Good Heavens! More from Penny" is available for purchase.

Penny lives with her husband Rick Lewis on a hill overlooking the Missouri River. Rick works with her in the catering business and cooks for her at home.
